I really should be on Brunei soil by now...but I am not.

Sitting in my room typing this out...feels like just another day. Definitely didn't feel like CNY is just a few days away.

Good news is, I am only delaying my trip by a couple of days and I am coming back a couple of days late to make up for it.

Paying extra for change of flights and taking two extra days of leave as a result (since my weekend is wasted here) wasn't too much of an issue, IMO. Even the work is not too much of an issue.

My only problem is that I may not exactly have a peace of mind, away from work, which really is the point of any holiday, at least to me.

Now I wonder if I am really 钻牛角尖. Probably should approach this whole thing with a more optimistic view...really, the people whom I have approached to help cover (in case anything happens) are more than capable to do the job.

I should really just let it go.
