With July approaching..holidays have almost come to an end...a lengthy 7 months, almost 8 months of holidays for me. And I regret to say that (I really regretted it) I have wasted away most part of it. =(

Before holidays began, I was telling myself I should get a job, because I cant picture myself doing nothing for 8 months. In the end...I simply cant push myself to get serious and find something to do. I made up excuses for myself. And I ended up wasting my time away and complaining that holidays are boring when I could have made it a more interesting one.

The only practical thing which I achieved throughout the holidays was getting a driving license. Even that was delayed by a few months, due to some other factors, such as attending an unsucessful scholarship interview which did not even tell me I was unsucessful but just ignored me all the way after my second interview.

And the disappointment of not getting Chem Eng. And the even more shocking decision to take up Civil instead.

And it wasnt an easy experience when somebody kept on complaining that I should have gone to some other uni where term starts in february instead of waiting till August.

Sorry, I digressed. But point is, I made a silent note to myself that this is the last time I am going to waste away a holiday in this manner.
