Darn.

I have made up my mind..but for some reasons, I just felt wrong...

I have practically sealed away any backup routes I have by answering a phone call just now...from Monash Australia..the same guy that called me two weeks ago and he is now asking for my response to the offer again...

"So how's your decision?"

"Um, I think I will not accept the offer.."

"Oh...may I know why?"

"Um, (I wished I could say no, but..) I have decided to accept an offer from another university.."

"Oh, which one will that be? (desperate to find out who their rivals are)"

"Um, (uncomfortable and wishing this will stop) National University of Singapore."

"Oh, back in your country is it?"

"Yes (although technically speaking Singapore is not my country)."

"I see, so I will cancel your FULL offer now..."

"Cancel it now? Um..(clearly shocked at this sudden move)"

"Yea.."

"Oh, okay..(duno wat else to say)"


Oh well, I wonder if I will be blacklisted by them if I ever have to apply to them again..And it just doesnt seem right for me to reject their offer plus their scholarship...so I felt quite bad...my initial plan is just to ignore the offer and (hopefully) forget about it and hoping they forget about me too...maybe that way I wouldnt feel that bad...didnt worked out apparently. But again, in the end I am going to reject it anyway...so why not tell them first?

I guessed I just dun feel good because I dun have anymore decent backup plans...

Soon after I hung up..NTU sent me an email reminding me that the deadline for Joint Acceptance is 2nd June (yea, like I need any reminders)..

Good thing about NTU is that there are no forms to send back to them if I suddenly for some unknown reasons changed my mind and decided to go for their Chem Eng instead.

But right now...maybe I should just settle down and stop thinking nonsensical stuff...

Yea, that should be the right move.

Hope I dun regret this, even if I do, there is no way back.
