I skipped school today. Well..not tat I want to ponteng..just tat I was feeling quite sick last nite and when I woke up this morning I was still feeling quite sick so decided not to go to school…anyway there is an economics lecture test and I doubt tat I will be able to do well under such conditions…

So anyway…I gt back all my results…well an improvement in Physics and Econs, for which I got a C and a B respectively (from E and C last time). And maintained As for both Maths and Chem…and as I am typing this…GP results just came in (my friend helped me collect)…well no improvement in grade…a big fat E..whether this is good or not I dun noe, as there were rumours tat only around 30% of the school passed…highest being a ‘B’.

This few weeks have been quite eventful…it is the stepping down/stepping up season again in the school as each CCA exco hand over the leadership position to the juniors…sadly enough I haven’t officially step down from both my CCAs…though unofficially yes. As the seniors step down..well I guess its time to focus on studies…BT2 has just ended but Prelims are looming up…as the tutors helpfully remind us, there are only six weeks left to the exam…and around 3 months to ‘A’ Levels…

But even as exams are coming…a couple of days must be set aside for reading..no, I dun mean notes and tutorials and so on, I mean the most awaited book in this century, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! Yeap me and my friends will be lining up to collect our pre-ordered book on Saturday morning… anyway I watched the movie last week…hmm probably I din particularly enjoy it since I kept on comparing it with the book…and the original book was so long but they had to condense it to a 2 hour movie…so inevitably a lot of parts would have to be cut away…but nevertheless there are some parts of the movie which was quite well shot.

Last week Julius came to Singapore with his sister…well he brought his sis to register for Nanyang Poly but apparently the procedure is quite complicated and they din manage to complete it…but anyway Val and EA and I went out wif them to Vivo City…and what a coincidence that he was staying at a backpacker’s hostel which was only 5 minutes walk from my place and so I visited him in his hostel before he left…well according to him he will be back soon…

Next week there will be a Learning Festival in my school…where the teachers and some students and external facilitators will be conducting a wide variety of courses and each student is supposed to sign up for four courses…and I finally got a chance to learn tennis! I signed up for the course, along with badminton course, “Who Murdered Mr X?” which is basically an introduction on forensic science and some hands-on session, and a game called maths trail =S basically kena drag into the game by my friend who wanted to join but couldn’t find a team…

Well I guess tats it…short and simple entry…well I duno..sort of losing my touch oledi…dun feel like blogging most of the time…partly because of the stupid internet connection I guess. And I get a feeling that my entries are pointless and merely summarizing of events that happened…not mch of inner feelings and blah…but nvm, I guess I will still continue to blog anyway.
