Well as u can see, it kept on raining in Singapore, exceptionally heavy this afternoon.





The Cedar Girls' block was the most affected area..actually they were studying in the study room and never noticed wat happened..by the time they knew it was too late and they actually spend time taking pictures instead of saving their belongings..lol
